Dear All Top Glovers (Malaysia Staffs),
Good Health & Good Day!
We are pleased to announce that NEW “eClaim” System is ready to Go LIVE on today, 1st June 2024 (Sat). As per mentioned on previous email, access to the old TGERP eClaim System has been permanently restricted [except for viewing reports by the Finance Department]. Therefore, starting from today onwards, all Malaysia staffs are required to use this New eClaim System for travelling and expenses claims.

OR can access the E-Claim from TG Connects Quick Links!
Then, click on “Log In” button to login to this New eClaim System using your Active Directory (AD) Username and Password.
You may refer to the User Guide as attached OR can also download it from eClaim system once you have successfully login.
For those claim forms which are under draft OR pending claim forms that wasn’t fully released by Finance on 23rd May 2024, staffs can proceed to key in and resubmit again the claim form on the New eClaim System.
Currently, ONLY "approved" and "rejected" claim forms submitted between August 1st, 2023, and May 17th, 2024 were migrated to the new eClaim System. To view or generate other records, Finance may access to the old TGERP eClaim System.
